hi, i'm using tomato-E3000USB-NVRAM60K-1.28.RT-MIPSR2-104-Big-VPN.bin on a cisco e3000. with the media server i have a problem. i use cifs to mount a windows share in tomato. the media server uses the cifs as source. now when i add or delete files it doesnt get updated in the minidlna database. for an update i always have to do a complete rescan and this takes up to 20 minutes until all files are accessible from the dlna client again. i've heard that minidnla uses "inotify" to keep its database up to date. does inotify work with cifs in tomato ? if not is there a way to make it working ? i don't have any coding or linux experience. please help me cause doing a full rescan everytime when i add a file is really annoying.
