I have been myself a victim recently and I'm reading more and more of suggested answers like "Have you clear the browser cache?". The latest super buggy releases of Firefox don't help at all but other browsers have been historically "cached confused" too.

Is this page relevant to prevent browser cache issues?

    Or something along the lines

Generally re-caching web site on Chrome (not sure about Firefox, but I'm sure they also have shortcut) is Shift + F5. This basically forces browser to recache stuff on the reload. Very useful when you notice any sort of issues with sites =)

P.S.: On Tomato cache may only be an issue after flashing new firmware. Once you reload cache or clear it (CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE) it should run fine and have no caching issues (content doesn't change)
